Important Notice For Hotel Guests
Aerotel Singapore is located within the transit (airport restricted) area at Changi Airport Terminal 1.To reach us, follow the “Transit Hotel” signs in the airport and take the escalator up near Boarding Gate D40.
Arrival and transit passengers: Please do not clear Arrival Immigration as you would not be able to re-enter the restricted area without a valid onward boarding pass. If you clear Arrival Immigration, airline counters on landside do not open till about 3 hours before flight departs so re-entry into airside to access our hotel is not permitted unless your airline provides early check-in.
Upon arrival to Singapore, if you do not have an onward boarding pass or if your bags are tagged to Singapore, please approach the hotel front desk for advice BEFORE clearing immigration.
Departure passengers from city: Please note that airline counters from Landside do not open till about 3 hours before flight departs. Therefore, entry to airside to access our hotel is not permitted unless your airline provides early check-in.
